Perhaps I should exercise?

I must do something about my weight
I don’t like being so big
What have I ate to be like this
Enough, I’ve just been a pig

Perhaps I should calorie count
Let’s look at chocolate, what does it have
OMG such a huge amount.

I wonder what lettuce will be
6 calories oh no, I expected less
I thought it was calorie free

I must do something about my weight
Perhaps I should exercise
Reduce my bum, reduce my tum
And perhaps these massive great thighs

I must do something about my weight
What else is there to try
Perhaps a touch of hypnosis
May help a little, I sigh

I must do something about my weight
Reduce my plate size I think
But that will leave me so hungry
The food will be ate in a blink

I must do something about my weight
Or else I could end up sick
There’s really no choice, it has to be all
I must start it pretty damn quick!
