A Few Words for a Wonderful Friend

We meet so many people as we walk this age old path,
Some old, some young, some miserable,
and others who make us laugh.
We’re lucky if we’ve families, to share our time of day,
And all of us have Angels, to guide us on our way,
But some of us are fortunate, and have a very special friend,
To share in all life’s treasures, a bond that’ll never end.
