You must ensure the material does not infringe on any third parties copyright, patent or trademark. We reserve the right to refuse any work that may already be copyrighted material, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Images

Poems For You are not liable for misuse of images by the Client or any other person’s copying, altering or distributing of the images to individuals or other businesses. Should any legal issues or claims arise from the content or copyright of any images supplied by the Client or Poems For You they will be the sole responsibility of the Client.

Delivery

We will endeavour to post your greetings card or picture poem within 24 hours of order using Royal Mail first class. If we do have any delays, we will inform you and advise of a revised posting date.

Price

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our web site are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.

Complaint

In the very unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your greetings card or picture poem and we did not carry out your instructions properly, please contact us to see if we can rectify the problem. If we are unable to satisfy your order to your requirements, we will refund the monies paid to.

Third Party Services

We do not have any liability of any sort, including liability for negligence, for the acts or omissions of providers of telecommunication services or for faults in or failures of their networks and equipment.

Your Privacy

We do not share or sell any of your details with third party companies, without your express permission and we will only email you or contact you about work-related matters.
